A Message from Artist Ismail Bakr: Art is a Bridge to Peace In an official statement, visual artist and television director Ismail Bakr, the visionary behind the "Sun Boats" exhibitions and festivals, affirmed that the message of this event transcends merely displaying paintings. Mr. Wissam Lewis stated that there is full coordination for the Journey Through History: Field trips to prominent historical landmarks, including the Grand Egyptian Museum, the Giza Pyramids, and a journey along the great Nile. These visits aim to inspire the artists with the spirit of Egyptian civilization, which will be reflected in the artworks produced during the workshop. Amr Ismail will also announce upcoming surprises in October, including international tours to Jordan, France, Tunisia, and Morocco. The event will conclude with a grand international exhibition, representing a message of gratitude from artists around the world to Egypt, "the land of art."
