She honed her innate talent for sculpture by studying at the Department of Free Studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Zamalek. Her Artwork Women are the focus of her work: Nevin focuses in her sculptures on depicting Eastern women and the social restrictions and pressures they suffer, portraying them as mothers, nurturers, breadwinners, and victims of customs and traditions.
