"Contemporary Photography at the Alexandria Museum of Fine Arts"
Under the patronage of the Minister of Culture, Dr. Jehan Zaki, and the Fine Arts Sector, headed by Dr. Mahmoud Hamed, Dr. Ashraf El-Sowiny, Director of the Alexandria Museum of Fine Arts, inaugurated the "Contemporary Photography" exhibition today, June 20, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Hamed Owais Hall. The opening was attended by: Eng. Hassan Wasfy, Head of the Alexandria Syndicate of Fine Artists; Dr. Hawaida El-Sebaei; Dr. Sahar Dargham; Ms. Faten El-Desouky, Head of Exhibitions; and a number of museum visitors and art enthusiasts from Alexandria.
The exhibition will run until Saturday, July 11, 2026.
Museum Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the exhibition is open until 6:00 PM, except for Fridays and Mondays, which are weekly holidays.
