In her works, Verena explores the tension between fragmentation and unity, confronting the discomfort of existence. Distorted figures, fragile bodies, and weighted forms embody the absurd balance between heaviness and ease. Viewers are invited to reflect on their own vulnerability, revealing the frailty of the human condition.
