I participated in the first group exhibition for Asir artists in 1985, then I joined the Culture and Arts Association in Abha in the same year and began practicing oil painting and I was always trying to work on developing my talent I also had participations in the art of caricature in some Saudi newspapers in the late eighties and nineties. I was inclined towards realism in the beginning and also automatically turned to the surrealist school in the nineties after which I began to move towards symbolic abstraction inspired by traditional arts and popular decorations in the Asir region.. I am still in this direction but with development in technique. I have participated since the beginning in many group exhibitions at the regional level and at the Kingdom level. I held three solo exhibitions, the last of which was in February 2022 in Riyadh... I participated in bilateral exhibitions with the nature artist (Sadiq Kashaf). I have external participations in a tripartite exhibition at the University of Reading in Britain. I also participated with the Ministry of Culture in an exhibition held in Berlin, Morocco, and China. I have many participations in art forums in Egypt, Dubai, and Jordan I have some murals in Asir. I have received many awards in the field of plastic arts, the most important of which is the Ministry of Culture Award 2018 and the Abha Award. I have many acquisitions with government agencies, personalities, and the Misk Foundation.
