Abdul Salam Al-Halil (born 1962) is a Saudi cartoonist. He draws daily caricatures for Al-Riyadh newspaper. He published his first drawing in 1984. He is considered one of the most prominent cartoonists of the nineties.

He studied middle school at Al-Namothaziah School in Al-Malaz district, and graduated from high school from Al-Yarmouk School.
A graduate of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh.
Curriculum
He published his first drawing on the readers page of Al-Riyadh newspaper in 1404 AH. He started publishing his drawings in Al-Riyadh newspaper in late 1984, when he was discovered by Turki Al-Sudairy. This cartoonist is considered one of the most famous Saudi cartoonists in Saudi Arabia because of his satirical caricatures on the one hand, and expressing many of the problems and concerns of society on the other hand.
