His talent in drawing started from the physical class, to create a position for himself in the map of plastic art, influenced by the nature of the Al-Darb governorate, and the clay in many of his paintings. The plastic artist Nayef Suwaid has many paintings and participations at the level of the Kingdom, and he has won many awards, as he embodied Through his last artistic painting, the reality of the new life experienced by the Saudi people in light of the Corona pandemic, the role of leadership, and the sacrifices and heroics of health heroes.

Plastic artist Nayef Suwaid explained, “Imagination and art for me are a means of formulating and drawing events in my vision to see them as happiness because reality does not satisfy us and is not enough for us.” In one of the classes, the teacher asked us to take out a paper for drawing to change the routine of the class, and I drew a football field on the paper, and the teacher praised it. At that time, I discovered that I was good at drawing, and thanks to the teacher, Issa Abu Qarn, the teacher of art education, as he encouraged me, supported me, and guided me in my beginnings with drawing.
Clay color
Soueid pointed out, “Many of my works are influenced by the color of nature in the Al-Darb governorate, especially the dark beige color that indicates clay, as well as my influence on the embodiment of heritage saturated with color and decoration. He said that portraiture is an ancient art of French origin represented in drawing facial features and statues. With a photographic camera, and now I am about to finish the cubist method, and I am currently entering the art of abstraction.
