Saudi plastic artist Ohood Abdullah Al-Maliki achieved a new world record, which she entered in the Guinness Book of Records, by presenting the largest painting painted with coffee.
According to the international encyclopedia, Ohoud Al-Maliki is the first Saudi woman to achieve an individual title of this kind, indicating that this is an exceptional step in registering talents from the Arab region.
The painting sheds light on seven important pioneering personalities in the history of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, according to "previously", and displays two giant pictures of the founding fathers of the two countries, King Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman bin Faisal Al Saud, and Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on them.
Also, the painting includes pictures of King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
Ohoud used about 4.5 kilograms of non-consumable coffee in the artwork, and mixed it with water to obtain four different shades of brown.
The frame of the painting was decorated with the decoration of Sadu, one of the types of weaving in the Arabian Peninsula, and one of the parts of the Saudi national heritage, which is included in the list of cultural heritage, according to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization "UNESCO".
Regarding this achievement, Al-Maliki said: “The painting required me to work for 45 days without interruption, and I sought the help of two witnesses and continuous photography to fulfill the requirements of achieving this world record. United".
The painting bears the name "Naseej 1", and it extends over an area of 220 square meters, and it consists of seven pieces of cotton cloth connected to each other, and it was painted with four different shades of color, and drawing equipment of different sizes.
