Muhammad bin Ibrahim Muhammad Al-Rabat.. a Saudi plastic artist.. born in 1389 AH, a member of the House of Fine Artists, and a former cartoonist in a number of Saudi newspapers and magazines. Designed many posters, book covers, and logos for some government agencies, sporting events, and private institutions. He has judged some local art competitions and many children's drawing and Arabic calligraphy competitions. He designed a model for the province of Mahd al-Dahab and a model for the municipality of the Jazan region. He participated in many local and foreign exhibitions. He also won several awards, most notably the award for the “Painting and Poem” competition for Souk Okaz in 2010. He is preparing these days for his first personal exhibition in the Al-Qasabi Gallery of Culture and Arts in the Saudi Center Fine Arts in Jeddah. The works of the artist, Muhammad Al-Rabat, received the attention of critics in the Kingdom and the Arab world, as the art critic Khaled Rabie Al-Sayed wrote: “He began his work with realistic painting in watercolors, depicting Rawashin Jeddah and its wooden boats, then he moved to surrealism using acrylic colors, and excelled in forming wavy lettering and drawing Arabian horses. In his works, the spirituality of the white color appears through cosmetic motifs and miniatures.
