Mr. Nayef Al-Khairallah holds the position of Executive Vice President of Risk Management, consisting of two departments: Institutional Risk and Credit Risk Management, in addition to his membership in the Administrative Credit Committee and the Executive Committee and Secretary of the Risk Committee of the Fund Board of Directors.

Al-Khairallah joined the Industrial Fund in October 2019, as Director of Credit Risk Management, and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2020. During his tenure at the Fund, Al-Khairallah played an instrumental role in establishing the Risk Department and leading the development of the policies, procedures and operational framework for the Fund's risk departments.

Mr. Nayef has an experience of about 21 years, most of which he spent in the banking field, where he worked at Bank Aljazira as a regional head of credit risk in the central region, and a director of the department at the level of the Kingdom for credit risk sectors, and he established the problem debt department, and his experience extends to include the areas of financing small and medium companies He is also a member of the Permanent Credit Committee at the Saudi Export-Import Bank.

Al-Khair Allah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University.
