Abdul Rasool Salman Ismail Ibrahim is a Kuwaiti visual artist and writer. He is the president of the Kuwaiti Society for Fine Arts since 2004. He is the president of the Federation of Gulf Fine Arts Societies, and the vice-president of the International Art Association.
He graduated from the Teachers’ House in Kuwait in 1973. He obtained a Diploma in Art Criticism from Cairo in 1976. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of U.C.F. Florida in the United States of America in 1998, and a Master’s degree in Arts from the same university in 2001.
