Nayel Mulla is a Saudi plastic artist (born in Makkah Al-Mukarramah in 1957 AD). He is considered one of the pioneers of the third generation who sought to consolidate the concepts of plastic art in Saudi Arabia. He started his participation and artistic presence since 1982 AD, and he held many personal exhibitions, the most prominent of which are: (Shakil) exhibition, and (Oriental divisions) exhibition, which he held inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He holds a bachelor's degree from the Department of Mass Communication at King Abdulaziz University in 1980.
Art exhibition
He held his first personal exhibition (Shakeel) at Roshan Gallery, Jeddah, in January 2015.
He held his second personal exhibition (Eastern Divisions) at Hewar Gallery in Riyadh in May 2015.
He held his personal exhibition (Eastern Divisions) in Katara, Qatar, in 2016.
He held his personal exhibition (My Little Shakili) at the Tajreed Gallery in Riyadh in June 2021. The exhibition included more than 350 works of the artist's miniatures, which he has been known for since his work in plastic art.

He won many international awards, most notably:
Honorary Medal from the Third Cairo International Graphic Triennale.
Distinguished Creative Work Award (Hathor) at the 9th International Cairo Biennale.
He received the honorary award from the Tehran International Biennale of Islamic Arts
