Visual artist Sarah Al-Afeisan, supervisor of the “Brush Touches” exhibition, expressed her great happiness with this achievement and the success achieved for the exhibition in all aspects in Al-Khobar. The attendance, participation and competition in fine art, which I call the dream of my life, as the idea had existed for a long time and I was keen to implement it, and I am happy that I painted Joy. On the lives of young artists, which made their families happy.
Artist Sarah Al-Ofaisan said that the exhibition is an initiative to discover talented female students at the school, as the number of participants reached 57, with an average of one painting for each artist, and the number of paintings reached 57.
The exhibition was opened on Thursday, May 25, 2023 AD, and continued for 3 days until Saturday, May 27, 2023 AD, amid a distinguished presence, interaction, and praise from everyone.
On the other hand, the female students, parents, gallery visitors, and participants expressed their admiration for the exhibition and the beauty of the place and arrangement, as this was their first participation in a fine art exhibition. Their happiness was indescribable from the participating students and parents, who discovered through this exhibition the talents of their daughters for the first time and recorded praise for the competition among the participants.
The exhibition was visited by the businessman, Mr. Abdul Latif Al-Nimr, founder of the Humanity Forum, and Hajj Nasser Al-Nasser, where they learned about the exhibition’s activities and shared with the participating artists their joy in this special exhibition.
Professor Abdul Latif Al-Nimr praised the fine creativity, drawings, and competition between the students that he saw. Al-Nimr stressed that what we saw in the exhibition was a source of pride for the nation, and these two touches were a title for the participating artists. In conclusion, Al-Nimr appreciated all the efforts made by the organizers, supervisors, organizers, and participants of this exhibition, wishing everyone success.
