Visual artist Othman Al-Kharashi, born in Ushaiqar in 1963 AD, holds a diploma from the Institute of Art Education in 1982 AD, and is a founding member of the Saudi Society for Fine Arts. He participated in most of the exhibitions of the General Presidency for Youth Welfare in Riyadh and the Eastern Province, and held his first personal exhibition in 1991 AD at the Ramhin Club in Bashkir. . He has many distinguished international participations, such as his participation in the “Riyadh Between Yesterday and Today” exhibition in 1406 AH in West Germany and Kuwait in 1413 AH, and among his most important local participations are the “Third and Fourth Al-Janadriyah” exhibition, the “Fifth Group Exhibition of the Kingdom’s Artists” in 1416 AH (Creativity Award) and the “Al-Janadriyah” exhibition.
